Fontana Village Resort:
The central location for this year's event will be the ever popular Fontana Village Resort set amidst the pristine beauty of the Nantahala Forest of western North Carolina, gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Just a few miles from everything!
Special lodging rates have been negotiated for this event, and are much more cost-effective; plus there is space for a much larger gathering. Many "side" activities are available - including white-water rafting, paint-ball, horse-back riding, mountain railroad trips, restaurants on site, gas station on site, car wash stations, and many others.

The special rates for our group include:
- 2 BR Hemlock (REMODELED UNITS!!) @ $149/night
- 2 BR Laurels (where we were last year, by the pond) @ $109/night
- 1 BR Willows @ $89/night
- 1 BR Lodge rooms @ $89/night
These are not "per person" rates. The rate is for the cottage/suite chosen.
Each participant is responsible for making their (or their group's) reservations, and are responsible for payment directly to Fontana Village. You will be charged the first night's rental when you make your reservations. Any balance due is payable at check-out.
We have a "block" of accommodations reserved for our event. The cut-off date for making reservations at the special rates is September 15th. After this date there is no assurance that space will be available.
(√) Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will be refunded the first night's rental cost less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will be charged the full rental charge for the first night.
